Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned to us for a  refund or exchange within 14 days of arrival*. After this period, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Note: You’ll be responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply email hi@tarujo.com, notifying us of the return or exchange and we will forward instructions for this process.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Full refunds will be processed to your credit card once products are received and inspected. Alternatively, products for exchanges will be dispatched and tracking details forwarded.

*Notes:

Please check the product dimensions before purchasing to ensure it will fit in the space you have in mind. If you are undecided on colors, please order free fabric swatches here, which will take around one week to arrive.
